The hotel rooms were large enough, comfortable, and had quiet heating and cooling along with black-out blinds, which I always appreciate. It was so quiet and had everything I needed, including free drinking water, making the stay worth repeating. Although a bit expensive, the cleanliness and beauty of the room made it perfect for afternoon naps to reset.

The hotel was so clean and beautiful, perfect for afternoon naps to recharge, with all the amenities I needed. However, there were tears on the arm of the work chair, which was a minor downside.

The service was awesome from the curb-side staff, bellmen, and the concierge. Ivan was exceptional, speaking excellent English. However, there was an instance where they did not act in favor of the guest, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was great, in a very safe area with awesome restaurants around. It was ideal for taking care of customer needs, accessing businesses, and near shopping malls filled with great restaurants. However, being 50 minutes away from the City Center was a drawback.
